The doctor was very nice and very informative regarding the test I was having. Clean surroundings. I would have appreciated an offer to linger awhile after my hearing test as I was still dizzy and nauseated. Perhaps the use of the bathroom could have been offered. Overall I would recommend this place for your hearing test.

Nervous Nelly here, reporting back from a VNG balance test. Not only was Dr Dennis thorough, informative and kind; her patience levels with me were unmatched. As someone riding Mr Toads wild ride of vertigo for far too long, my anxiety surrounding the balance test were high going in. She helped push me through, and made me feel safe and seen. The gal at the front desk was incredibly helpful as well, circumventing any insurance issues I may come across by handling it before my test. Scary experience softened by compassionate staff.

Meeting was very informative and helpful. Dr. Baldridge was thorough and clearly explained everything and answered all my questions. He also provided me with various options and walked me through all my medical tasks that I needed to complete.

My mom had a sleep study done here last night. Bob was her technologist. He did an amazing job. He was thorough and professional, but also was able to laugh and made my mom feel comfortable. He was also very accommodating to me as I had to spend the night also with her. Thank you Bob for a good experience.

My sleep study was conducted in a very positive and professional manner. I was in and out in 8 hours. They do provide a safe and sound environment to sleep during your stay.
