3 Best Veterinary Clinics in Mesa, AZ

For the past 3 years the family at Power Road animal hospital have been there for our fur babies & Us. Valley Fever, Heart Base Tumor, saying goodbye, new puppy (2), and tragic losses. Always with such grace during the difficult times but even more love & smiles on all the other days! Thank you for taking great care of our fur babies & us!.

I finally found a vets office I absolutely adore and trust. We’ve brought our new mini weenie dog pup in for shots and our sweet old Maltese poodle went to heaven with them. Even though we were heartbroken they made it the best experience possible. So grateful we found them.

They have great staff, our dogs are always treated so well and taken good care of! I’ve never felt pressure to spend or do more for my dogs than needed. On-line booking is so convenient and they can always get us in pretty quickly. I have many vets closer to where I live but I choose to make the drive to this hospital instead.

We had a really great experience with this 1st Pet location. Our cat Sammie was experiencing some symptoms that definitely warranted an urgent visit. They got us right in, and the room was actually very nice and comforting. The Vet Tech came in very shortly after us and was extremely helpful and informative. The emergency vet Dr. Lindgren gave Sammie a thorough exam and offered several treatment options. He explained some of the more expensive tests but didn’t try to push us into getting them. In fact, he told us that they were really only necessary if the few things that she really needed (hydration, anti-nausea) didn’t help. Most importantly, they were very good with Sammie, and she seemed as calm as she could have been under the circumstances. We were very happy with the visit overall, and we plan to use this location as our regular vet from now on as well.

Loved my experience here! I was worried about all the reviews saying they only cared about money. But what they actually are is up front with transparent pricing. Every step of the way with my dog they let me know treatment options and the costs associated with those options. Last thing I’d want is to have treatment done then be blindsided with a massive bill. They were completely caring the entire time and even followed up with me the next day to see how my pup was doing.

Excellent care for Annabelle and Dolly. Caring and kind staff. Explained what care was needed. Although we had to make the difficult decision to say goodbye to Annabelle due to severe illness and age. Thank you for taking care of our little girls.
