I'll never be able to put into words what Unhooked has restored back into my life. When I first came in last May I had it was easy for my to point out flaws.. the unhooked staff and counselors loved me right where I was and helped me change my perspective on life.. what came next was restored relationship with my higher power and a continuous gratitude that is unwavering. My counselor never judged me.. the staff always did what they could and the rules are in place for a reason and they're not hard to follow when you're ready and willing. This is the perfect place to start growing willingness and acceptance. They have plenty of H&I meetings. Counselors are always available if you need you just have to ask if it's outside your weekly time. I had a very short relapse after graduating the first time and unhooked was like we're not leaving you and we're here when you want help. 3 days later after I overdosed and realized I didn't want to go down that path again they picked me up within 17 minutes and took me to detox. I have never been in a program that cares that much. I had never been so happy to feel safe around people I knew cared. I'm a double alumni and it's all been apart of the journey and unhooked will always have a special place in my heart. My mom even said "I sure do like Unhooked!" She's so grateful for the role they played in my life and so I am.

The staff at Unhooked is incredible. Most if not all of the therapists have been down the path of addiction so there is a feeling of comfort and relatability. I absolutely have/do recommend Unhooked to anybody looking to change their lives. The accomodations were pleasant enough, the food was excellent (that rehab weight), and the program is quite progressive. The implementation of H&I meetings allows clients to establish relationships with those serious about recovery for a smooth transition back into society. Inpatient treatment is going to be as good as you make it or as bad. You get out what you put in. I had a good experience here. It helped me to see that you can be happy without using drugs. I’d definitely recommend this place to people who need help.
