I chose to practice Yoga at YRH because the community was warm and welcoming, the studio was clean and organized, the staff was knowledgeable and passionate, & the owners were humble and kind. I’ll be back. Mahalo!.

Sarah is the best consummate yoga instructor! Her compassion, sincerity and knowledge makes for a very comfortable, inviting learning environment for all levels of yoga practitioners.
