I purchased my living room furnishings today, the sales person (Ms. Van ) was terrific. She helped with all my selections. Did not rush me offered many different options, explained why there was such a long wait for delivery, about the warranties, about the financing options. I will happily recommend Lazy Boy and Ms Van.

This time I purchased a petite recliner for my mother for Christmas. The Sales Consultant, Susan Thompson, was so kind and helpful. She made my shopping experience a delight.
