I got my vehicle serviced about a week ago. It was definitely a great experience. Everyone was extremely inviting and had pleasant attitudes, especially for early in the morning. Roy took great care of me and got my vehicle serviced a lot quicker than I was expecting and explained everything that was done to my vehicle after it was finished. Destiny and the staff inside made sure I was comfortable and made sure they were available if I needed anything. This was my first experience with this place and it made a great impression on me. Much appreciated.

Great experience. We purchased a new 2024 Frontier for my son. The sales team, sales manager, general manager and finance lead were all very friendly and helpful. Easy negotiations, a fair deal on trade, and things were handled quickly. Recommended. Thanks Chris, Nasir (Noz), Jamie, Kari and Mac.

Everything from purchasing my new car a year ago at this location to the service I've received since has been nothing short of fantastic. The employees at Kia of Columbus are always so kind and helpful. The dealership and service waiting area are clean and comfortable, and the service advisors are on top of keeping patrons informed of their vehicle's status. I came into Kia last week with a huge bolt in one of my new tires and was so upset at the prospect of having to purchase another $400 tire. However, they assured me that they would be able to take care of it that day and that it was actually covered under my warranty and would be a no cost fix for me. They were also very upfront about how busy they were that day and offered me either a shuttle to my house or an inexpensive rental for the day so that I wasn't stuck waiting at the dealership. I love my car, but the service at this dealership alone will keep us coming back for years to come.
