Obie is definitely someone you should deal with when it comes to buying a car. He and the sales manager were very professional and I appreciate their effort. Solid first time experience at Rivertown Toyota. They also have a salesman who’s a veteran. Unfortunately I can’t remember his name. But it was good to see him relate to my father, keeping him distracted for the most part having military talk. That was good therapy for my father and I’m thankful for that.

After having a T E R R I B L E experience with AN Honda, I went to Headquarter NISSAN and had the best experience. I actually went twice because the first time I couldn't pull the trigger and buy the vehicle, but after thinking about it I went back. Ms. Bessie was such a great help and the overall vibe at the Nissan dealership was far superior to any other places I went to. And trust, I shopped around a lot and did my homework. Happy to say I got my beautiful Kicks SR, aptly named Dory, and will definitely be a loyal customer should I need another vehicle in the future. They bent over backwards for me and was able to meet my needs.
Much improved over the past few years. Faster appointment scheduling, smooth check in process, and staff are always friendly with a trouble free sign out. My service technician was James … he was great! He was courteous and didn’t seem bothered by my questions. I am very satisfied. I’ll definitely return for more service!
