We needed a change and that is exactly what we received. Troy came out and discussed our options and completed a service order. We waited about two months for the materials to arrive and once he had what he ordered he came out and replaced all of our blinds with hidden tilt blinds (no cords or strings). The look is outstanding both inside and from the outside and we are very pleased. After the install we asked Troy to return to replace a couple of the slats and to add caulk to the window frames.
