We had the most wonderful costumer service today with San. She helped us navigate the surprisingly confusing process of getting my husband's ring sent back to its parent company (Benchmark rings have an interesting policy when it comes to resizing your wedding band). San was patient, kind, and communicative with us every step of the way and went out of her way to make us feel valued and comfortable during Benchmark's process. San was the best and we are so grateful we chose Reed's Jewelers!.

San took such great care of me. The warranty for my pandora bracelet was quickly honored and the bracelet replaced. San also helped me picked out multiple charms for my wife’s pandora bracelet. I was blown away by her customer service and expertise. This was one of the best customer experiences I have had anywhere in a long time. I will continue to come back for all my jewelry needs. Thanks San and thanks Reeds!.

It was super awesome shopping for watches with Tim today! He definitely knows his craft and the stores inventory. He made it easy choosing a watch to buy. If you’re ever watch shopping Tim is your go to in Kay’s!.

I was so excited to see Ms. Jackson today because she’s the one who helped us start our credit journey back in 2017 when we opened an account with her. She taught me about the value of luxury credit, and now, almost 10 years later, my credit is excellent. Thanks to her advice, my husband and I were able to build our dream home. I truly love and appreciate Ms. Jackson for all she’s done for us, we’ll be back soon for our next upgrades!!!.

We went in to get my wife’s rings cleaned and inspected and we left with a new upgraded set for a steal of a deal! Just in time for our anniversary next weekend.
