I recommend Griffin to you without reservation. I called at 7am on a Saturday morning, and Jasmine politely answered, asking the right questions. Within 15 minutes Kevin came with his truck and was exceptionally courteous, professional, and caring in how he handled my daughter's Hyundai. I went to the shop to get checked in and he arrived shortly afterward, and even when there was a small online issue processing my credit card, Jasmine was once again very helpful. All in, to get my car towed and processed, it took a touch over a half an hour. I'm not sure how they can be this fast, this good, and this professional. It's for all these reasons that I recommend Griffin to you when the unexpected happens - they made it easy! Jasmine and Kevin have my sincere thanks and appreciation!!!.

My truck was towed to the yard and when I went to get it the lady upfront did her best to get me in and out fast as possible which worked well for me. She was very courteous and the manager was too. I was scared to go because I thought it would be extremely expensive but to my surprise it was reasonable for the amount of time my truck was there. If you ever have to go make sure you have everything you need in order for things to go smoothly and they will definitely try to get you in and out as fast as possible.

I had an excellent experience with Griffin and Griffin Towing! Kevin and Chester were very patient and went above and beyond to provide very professional and friendly service. Both Kevin and Chester handled everything efficiently, making what could have been a disastrous situation (my car being lodged in a ditch) much easier. Highly recommend their services! Thank you, Kevin and Chester, for outstanding assistance! My prayers are with you!.

After a really great trip to Atlanta , I was pushing my car a little too hard for a little long and it let me know. Jason Watkins with Tuffy's Towing not only answered the phone at 10:30 last night, he drove to the other said Newnan to get me and did it with a smile! He even bought me a scratch off ticket at the store to maybe change my luck!.

Excellent service! Very professional! I really appreciate the level of care and concern. I'm a loyal customer for life. Choose Tuffys you won't be disappointed.

This driver was hands down, the best tow truck driver that I have ever encountered. He went above and beyond to try and get my dead Tesla to get power to it. The rental company did not provide me with the adapter that was needed in order to be able to charge it. I am so grateful for him!!.
