The staff was excellent and the service couldn't have been better. My caliper broke so I pulled in there unexpectedly. I didn't really have the money available this payday but I needed the repair. The girl up front said they could finance it if I wanted to put in an app and I said why not. They approve me for $2,000 but my repair was only $650. I told them to fix The brakes on the back axle on both sides and it was only $750. This included rotors pads caliper and labor. It was finished in an hour and I was on my way. I couldn't have had a better experience and I appreciate them repairing my right blinker and my oil light also. If I have any car repairs in the future I will probably go here first rather than a dealer.

Honest people here. I didn't get a lot of work done because it's a problem for the dealership computers but Brandon took the time to check it out and didn't even charge me. He also gave me some good information and everyone their was really nice.

I've been going here for years for all my vehicle needs.They always get me squared away. They are kind and informative and always good for a laugh. I really do appreciate everyone here. Thank you.

AUTO MASTERS REPAIR, LLC REVIEWS

This was my first experience with Auto Masters Repair; it will not be my last. I stopped by close to closing time on Tuesday afternoon to make an appointment to have my car's AC checked. They were able to schedule an appointment for me on Friday morning. About 2 hours after I left the car with them, they sent me a text detailing the many things they had inspected on my car. Also included in that text was an explanation of what they had done to my AC, an electronic copy of my bill, and the followup action I needed to take.

This is the best auto repair shop in Columbus! The staff is always friendly, the work is always done professionally and for the best price. I've lived here for 4 years now and I refuse to take my vehicles to anyone else.

Great customer service, personable, professional, and knowledgeable. Overall great experience.

I’ve been coming to this place for over a year. The prices are great, but I continue to only come to this location because of the service. They are all helpful and friendly, they know what they are doing. I’m leaving this review because I just left, and there was an altercation with another customer. He ran up on one of the employees aggressively. He was mad about the price, before they even did anything. It seriously was crazy, but the employee handled it so well. I hope no one got in trouble because of it, because it happened right in front of me and the guy handled it beautifully. With all that being said- if you need a place to get work done, use this as a sign to come here. Thanks again to everyone at express oil.

II went in today for a quick oil change and to fix my tire which had a nail in it. Robert was my technician for the oil and he was amazing, very, very kind and knowledgeable. He showed me everything he was doing to my car without me even knowing what I was looking at. My tire was not able to be fixed, but it was because where the nail is would be unsafe to fix it and drive again. I noticed that the entire staff seemed to get along with each other very well, it was a calm and humorous environment, and I will definitely be going back.

Great experience at Express Oil Change! The staff (Pat) was super friendly and welcoming. They got my oil change done quickly without compromising quality. I was in and out in no time! Highly recommend if you're looking for fast, reliable service with a smile.
