Extremely classy location! We are Hilton rewards members and love visiting the different locations! All the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fabulous. Buts not complimentary, be aware. Still great but a surprise. The room was fabulous. We had a king bed and awesome view. The personal greeting on the tv was amazing and impressive! Looking forward to our next trip already.

Excellent service and staff. The service is phenomenal and the staff is very friendly, polite, and accommodating. The rooms are very clean and the location is in close proximity to a lot of good food and fun things to do. Will stay here again next time i frequent Columbus.

Nice and clean. Comfortable bed and nice hot shower. Staff is quite friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Great place to stay. Only got to stay for a few hours to sleep. I was actually sad how great the room was bc I couldn't stay longer! the Manager who works at night was amazing. So bubbly and friendly. Room was so clean. Hotel was super quiet and really cute. Breakfast the next morning was great! We pick Hilton line hotels for the breakfast bars! This location was no different and the lady who works in the kitchen is really sweet. If I'm ever in the area again I will be staying here.

The staff is absolutely wonderful! They're really friendly and always attentive to both you and the little details that make your stay special. You can count on them to address any concerns you have with a smile.

Best service in Town. Zaqavus was awesome to work with. Highly recommend world class customer service.

Excellent location for us, nice clean hotel right on the base for my nephews graduation The beds were very comfortable, and the room was clean. The bathroom is stocked with shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner as well as lotion. The staff here were all excellent - the front desk was very friendly, hospitable, knowledgeable about recommendations in the area for food and shopping. The kitchen staff were all very friendly, helpful, efficient, and welcoming. Great place to stay, we recommend and we will come back again in our travels.

Was here for my son's Army graduation. So close to Ft Benning. Hotel is quietly settled off the road huge parking lot. Room was nice breakfast was great. Everyone at hotel was so friendly and helpful always greeted with a smile and good morning from everyone working at hotel.

Friendly staff. Hot cookies are amazing at 5pm. Don’t be late or they will be gone. Clean rooms and a good breakfast to start your day.
