Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Received a call at work that our toilet was backed up. After trying myself when I got home, I decided to call Roto-Rooter. They were able to get a tech over to our house. He explained everything to me before starting and was able to get the roots removed from the pipe. The next day, another tech came out and ran a camera through the clean outs for a pipe inspection (cost included in the previous night’s service). Both techs were very polite and professional. I won’t hesitate to call again when needed.

Angel and Aladdin came out on time same day they were both extremely professional, polite, knowledgeable, empathetic, courteous, and they made sure they did not leave a mess and they were careful not to damage anything! Awesome guys! They fixed my issue in a very timely manner, gave me a written guarantee and made sure everything was working properly before they left! Thank you for your help!

Our Plumber Kevin did a great job of explaining the problems and resolution. He was able to answer all of our questions and provided excellent advice on preventative maintenance. He was very personable and would highly recommend his services.
