Tom is professional prompt and provides all the important information we need. I have used Tom in the past for client inspections and couldn’t be happier with him.

Tom was prompt and on time. Was very thorough. What I really appreciated was his patience to go over in person the inspection review. Very detailed in explanation with recommendations of what to do plus showing where things like shut-offs were. Would recommend using him again.

It was great to work with Tom! He was thorough in his work, took the time to walk us through his report at the house, and also answered questions we sent via email after we had more time to review the report.
