We have used Gardner twice now, once at our former residence and again at our current residence and it has been a great experience both times! They were fast, professional, and cleaned up so well. Very easy to work with and would highly recommend them!

I was a novice with needing a replacement roof. Cody guided me expertly through the process, and it when it was time to have the roof redone, it was done effeciently (less than 2 days) and with the most respectful staff ever! The crew made sure there was no trace of their work even being done here. Every worker was so respectful of both mine and my neighbor's property. I could not refer the work that Gardner Contracting, Chuck and Cody did any more highly! Highly recommended.

Getting a new roof is never a fun prospect. However, the people at Gardner Contracting might just be the best. They did 5 of the people on our street and after my insurance company denied my claim the first time they gave me alternatives and we ultimately got the insurance company to pay. I'd use Gardner Contracting again and recommend them to anyone that needs a roof.

Josh was excellent in communication and execution. We got our whole house's siding replaced and it was half the price of a competitor in the area. He was incredibly efficient and only took 2 days to complete the whole project with his crew. We feel so relieved that our house has quality protection and it looks so much better than it did before. We greatly appreciate the quality work! Attached are the in progress photos he took for us. They finished the project right before a snowstorm. The dedication is unmatched!

Rocky Mountain Roofing and Exteriors is the best construction/exterior company I have ever worked with, and that’s saying a lot as a home-owner for over 30 years! I hired them to replace my siding on my house. They included new rain gutter, soffits, paint, and caulking. There was great communication, ensuring every detail was addressed. They provided ample opportunities for walk-throughs to ensure any concerns were addressed. All employees were respectful and pleasant to work with. I HIGHLY recommend this company for the exterior of your house!
