I was completely blown away by the excellent customer service my installation tech, Chris, provided. He was extremely kind, professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. He took the time to ensure that I had exactly the right system for my home security needs and did not try to sell me on any unnecessary extras. During the installation, he was training a newer tech, Dan, who was also amazing! The two of them went above and beyond to ensure that my system was configured properly and then trained me on how to use it. Chris and Dan are assets to ADT and great people, and I am so grateful they were assigned to my installation. I feel safe and secure in my home and am thrilled with my ADT experience so far.

We reviewed proposal from multiple vendors for our security system, and ADT was surprisingly versatile and creative in finding solutions for our needs. I was concerned about being tied to a single vendor for the life of the product and the stigma of "corporate" businesses, but after working with our ADT sales manager on building our system and with technicians on the installs, I'm confident we made the right choice. Overall, their pricing was competitive, the products are high quality, and the installs professional.

I have been an ADT customer for over 25 years. I decided to add a camera and doorbell to my system. My technician, Julio, was wonderful. As it turned out my current alarm system is not compatible for an upgrade. He carefully explained the differences and the costs and did not try to persuade me either way. It felt so good not to be pressured and have me, the customer, valued and respected. ADT has always been responsive to my needs and because of ADT I have safe for 25+ years!.
