Daniel my technician was great. He was super thorough in explaining everything and his recommendation to fix my issue (spring replacement). He also noticed that the builder (Richmond) did not use the right rollers (cheap plastic and not meant for my size door) and could be a problem in the future. His recommendation for the rollers resulted in a much quieter path on the track. The work was done right and at a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend Pops for anyone with garage door repair needs and make sure to ask for Daniel.
