I just had a very good experience with Quality First Service Group. They replaced my air-conditioning unit and were very conscientious, friendly and helpful. In particular Jason went out of his way to communicate clearly what they were doing and they both had to put up with needing a delivery code that kept expiring to get in my building. They had originally said they'd be finishing up around 5 or 6 tonight but had the install completed about an hour earlier. Carson was very patient and tried explaining the inner workings of the heating and air conditioning systems and looked up my water heater to give me its age and discussed possible replacement options for future reference. He was thorough in explaining how the new system works. He also came back to sweep my floor. Carson and Jason clearly know their stuff and I will personally request them for my future service needs.

I had a furnace problem during a very cold period. Based on the previous experience with Now HVAC, I never doubted the office staff getting an appointment or technician experience in properly identifying the problems making the repairs to my satisfaction. The tech, Tim Stone, is very knowledgeable and great tech. He knows how to relate to a customer. His good work skills completed the repair in minimal time. He honestly explained the necessary repairs and related costs. No pressure or hidden costs. I'm very pleased with the outcome and enjoying the comfort of my home.

We used this company for a complicated mini-split installation last year and Malcolm was thorough and excellent! We called again yesterday when our furnace went out- Jeff went above and beyond- he was super knowledgeable and worked through troubleshooting and identifying the problem in a stepwise approach. Thankful to have this company to call for HVAC needs!

I have used this company several times they are fantastic! As I’m a hands-on person, I like to know what’s going on and they’ve always explained everything they were doing, Very transparent and educational, which I super appreciate. I always felt like they had my best interest and weren’t trying to oversell me on something. They did an awesome job of maintaining my AC system while I was still in Denver. Reasonably priced if you compare other places. Awesome group of people thank you so much for everything!

On the day before thanksgiving and thanksgiving holiday, Signature Heating and Air company sent out people to solve my furnace problem and keep my house warm. Really appreciate for the help from Nick and Steve. They are responsible and reliable. Before they started the repair, I didn’t ask for the price, but they both charged me very reasonable price and no extra charge for holiday. They earn my trust. Highly recommend Signature Heating and Air to our neighbors.
