Shout out to Jack from Ironwood Earthcare! Jack pruned our lilacs this morning and did a fabulous job. We had delayed some maintenance on the lilacs and they were overdue to be pruned and have the deadwood removed. We talked about the project when Jack arrived and the results were great. Our lilacs look so much better and will be much healthier for the prune. Ironwood Earthcare has been taking care of our trees and doing seasonal fertilization of our yard for over 20 years. In the fall of 2024, Ironwood came to my house to check on a lawn fungus that had taken over my yard for a couple of years. I tried on several occasions to fix the problem myself, with no luck. Ironwood put a "fungus killer" on the lawn, and in the spring of 2025, I raked up the dead thatch in the affected areas, put down topsoil and grass seed and watered daily for a few weeks. The fungus was gone, and the lawn grew back beautifully. You can see the side by side comparisons in the photos. Thanks for helping to get my lawn back in great shape.

I highly recommend John and his team. I called one morning for a large residential job requiring four tree removals and several trimmings. Robert came within two hours and gave me an instant quote. Wow. I found John's service around noon on Friday, and had a response immediately. John and his team were here in no time, gave me an exceptionally reasonable bid and cut down my sad, dead tree in no time. Plus they cut down some dead shrubs and cut back some bushes that needed pruning. What could have been weeks of yard work was done before 4pm on the same day. I can't say enough about John, who leads the work personally. Friendly service, fast, and easy.
