Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

I worked with Paul. He was straight forward and honest. Now I’m horrible at reviews. But Paul deserves 10/10!!! He did amazing work and busted his butt from the time he start to the end of the day. What I mean is he started at my place at 930am and didn’t leave till after 830pm. He put in a tankless water heater and soft water tank. Did a very quick fix for my downstairs toilet that didn’t want to stop running. Now don’t expect free work but expect to be treated right. I hope his boss and bosses boss sees this and Paul is amazing!!!

Thomas was excellent from start to finish. Very knowledgeable and professional. Responded in record time and got everything taken care of in a very reasonable amount of time and as efficiently as possible. I have always had good experiences with Roto-Rooter in the past, but Thomas was easily one of the best overall and his customer service put it over the top. Jeremy was amazing! He was very knowledgeable and resolved my issue in a timely manner. He checked in with me throughout the entire process to make sure I understood what was going on and was comfortable with the work. He cleaned up the space very well before leaving and was just a kind person overall. Anyone who uses this service will be lucky to have Jeremy complete the call.
