Van's Dive Bar

just got to anchorage and this bar made me feel like family! such cool people here, staff’s talent level with cocktails is so incredibly next level you’d never expect this walking in. Went in for one beer ended up staying all night and switching over to cocktails. Awesome theme nights, seriously this is the place you check out if you wanna hang out with alaskans.

An absolute gem of a dive. It's small. It has *that smell* that all dives have so you know it's good. Eclectic decor, live music of ranging styles, it's truly just a fantastic dive. Best part is they have several NA beer options, including an IPA, so truly everyone feels welcome here.

We had our 5 year anniversary party for the Anchorage Makerspace at Vine's. Was very chill, had more fun than i've had out in Anchorage in years. Feel like going there tonight!
