Madison was absolutely amazing to work with! On the day of our wedding, the weather required a change of locations and Madison was so smooth and professional about making the switch seamless. Throughout the process of working with her, she provides thoughtful guidance and has little bonus things along the way that are such a nice touch. We felt so taken care and are absolutely thrilled with how our special day came together thanks to Madison!
Madison did a wonderful job getting everything ready for our elopement in Alaska. We wanted our ceremony to include our children and she did just that. She had everything ready for us and it all turned out as we wanted it. For our picnic she picked up pizza from the best place in town knowing pizza was the kids' favorite. She even got them each their own cute cups filled with apple juice to toast with us. Everything was so prefect! Recommend Madison 100%
Madison did an amazing job with event planning for our three day remote Alaskan retreat. She was extremely prepared and is so talented when it comes to making everything look beautiful. Madison turned our cabins and yurts into magical getaways with bedding, table sets, champagne and cheese boards, guest gifts, flowers and more. She made sure every detail was in place and that all our our guests felt welcome with her warm inviting personality. I have also attended multiple other events including parties, elopements and photography events where Madison always provides above and beyond service. This was the best possible experience I could have had with a wedding planner for my adventure elopement. From the moment I contacted Rebecca at La Boum Events, she went out of her way to make our special day better than even imagined. She listened to my wild and complicated ideas of a beautiful setting, somehow brought them all together and staged everything so we could see how it might look. She coordinated with our photographer and added in special touches at my request. She even handled a delivery of some special props. I felt so relaxed on our wedding day and I couldn't imagine doing it any other way. She was worth every penny and more!
If you are even considering an adventure elopement then you should search no further! This experience was by far more perfect then I could have imagined. There was absolutely no wedding stress and this is saying a lot when trying to get married during a pandemic. From start to finish, Rebecca was there dodging obstacles and getting things done. We did not make it easy LOL She will go above and beyond to make your day more special than you can imagine.

10/10 experience working with Alaska destination wedding for our September 2023 elopement! Erin runs a very streamlined process with forms that cut out a lot of back and forth. Anyone eloping needs to be ok handing the reins over to someone who will get you an awesome photographer, a delicious cake, and knows how to get you to an epic spot to get married. Realistically this is all a bit of a surprise until the day of - so you need to be ok with this and put your faith into her and her expertise. And we were delighted with the results!! We had a fantastic, stress-free experience and got to throughly enjoy every minute while Erin was running the show. It’s also worth noting that an elopement is not just the two of you so it’s a huge bonus that Erin and her vendors have the right poise and cool personalities that make them great to spend your big day with. Thank you to Alaska Destination Weddings for making it such a wonderful experience!
Erin was a total wedding rockstar. She helped us plan our wedding from afar and made the entire process easy and seamless. We really owe her for making sure our wedding was incredibly beautiful and simultaneously low stress. She coordinated everything, helping us select the perfect location, find an amazing photographer and wonderful stylist, complete all the necessary paperwork, select the language/format for our ceremony, and find a fantastic officiant. She also made all the arrangements for our stunning floral arrangements (and assisted with finding photo inspiration), and also secured a delicious cake for us to celebrate with. Erin really helped make our big day special, and we are incredibly thankful!
