I had been suffering chronically with tightness/soreness in both legs. I had been getting treatment (acupuncture/cupping) at another wellness place to no relief for about a year and a half. I was thinking I was going to have to accept this condition for the rest of my life. My daughter recommended Eric @ Inner Gate, who was successfully treating her. After the first session with Eric I felt better than I had in months! He is very knowledgeable, capable & caring. He took time to go in depth through my health history & then analyzed my posture & strength. He then applied needles in the best spots to bring relief (he has combined expertise in acupuncture & sports medicine that yields precise/targeted therapy), all the while explaining what he was doing & why. I'm thrilled to be treated by Eric & I give him my highest recommendation! This will be part of my wellness regimen for happier, pain free life.

Mizuko at Inner Gate Health and Wellness Halsey is absolutely amazing! He is a gifted massage therapist whose skill and passion for his work is evident every time I see him. He works to find the root cause of what is ailing you, and his knowledge of how the body works, is commendable. He is constantly improving his skills through continuing education, he truly cares about making you feel better. I highly recommend Mizuko! Dr. Kelly is also an incredible chiropractor! She is extremely skilled, and I feel very safe in her care. Isabel is also an amazing massage therapist. Front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Everyone at Inner Gate Health and Wellness is amazing! You cannot go wrong here.

Dr. Michael VanSooy is a fantastic chiropractor! I initially went in for some minor back pain from a workout injury, and his calm, professional approach made me feel comfortable right away. He takes the time to listen and genuinely cares about his patients. Every adjustment has made a difference in any back and neck pain, and I always leave feeling better. Highly recommend.

A friend referred me to Sarah at Acupuncture Northwest. So I went online and booked an appointment very quickly. I then filled out the questionnaire in the customer portal which was very comprehensive. It's definitely worth it to take the time to fill it out days before your appointment. When I arrived for my consultation Sarah had reviewed it and asked questions related to my answers to get a full understanding of everything I was going through. She also got straight to work on my neck and shoulder pain and after only 3 appointments, I have noticed a significant improvement! Before arriving I had experienced vertigo and many ocular migraines, which Sarah pointed out might be caused by my tight neck muscles coupled with work stress. Happy to report I haven't had these episodes return. I have also been treated for my IBS and have noticed a change in my digestive system. Consistency is key. Putting in the work to change stressors in my life combined with acupuncture has really been a game changer. Lastly wanted to mention the front office staff is so helpful and friendly!
