GATHER AND GROW PEDIATRIC OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY REVIEWS
Sarah worked with us and our daughter in the Fall for many months. Our daughter had a few challenges we were working through including a tongue tie, torticollis, and low muscle tone. We enjoyed our time with Sarah so much. Her home visits were convenient, informative, respectful and fun. She focused on exercises that we could easily incorporate into our daily routine--with 2 older children, this was absolutely critical! Sarah's demeanor is warm and supportive. I always left our sessions feeling like I had the tools I needed to improve my daughter's outcomes between visits with Sarah. Would recommend and would absolutely work with her again in the future! Thank you, Sarah!!
Sarah is incredibly knowledgeable and caring. She was instrumental in helping us understand and identify our baby's tongue and lip tie issues. We thought he'd never take a bottle but Sarah helped make it happen! We were honestly sad when we no longer needed to see her because she's been such a comfort to us! Highly recommend her services to any caregiver in need of feeding guidance and support.
From our first initial consult I had a hunch that Sarah would be the right OT we were seeking for our 4 month old. Sarah was very thorough and not overwhelming. She did an excellent job of showing us the skills and techniques we needed to practice and was always a text/email away if we ever had any questions. I really appreciated her holistic approach to therapy and would recommend her time and time again.

SENSORY KIDS & BRIGHT SPOT REVIEWS
I have been taking my child to OT for years and have been especially impressed by Julia and the staff at Sensory KIDS. No OT has ever taken the time to connect with my child the way Julia has. My child is very comfortable with her and really enjoys going to therapy. More importantly, as a parent I have been really pleased with how I have been included in therapy. Not only has Julia made me a part of the therapy sessions, we have also had multiple parent meetings where Julia has answered questions and discussed my child's progress. She has also made helpful recommendations for home and school. Julia is very knowledgable, and she knew how to connect with my anxious child from the first time we walked into the clinic.
Sensory Kids is a wonderful place for occupational therapy; we discovered this clinic last fall and have noticed increased regularity, better motor planning, and less aimless wandering with our autistic child. His fantastic OT never forces him to do anything he does not want to or is not ready to do, but manages to push him out of his comfort zone, too. She always has infinite patience with him when he is in his low arousal state, and our son is always regarded and spoken to with the utmost respect. Everyone at Sensory Kids is extremely caring and we feel very good bringing him there.
Sensory Kids has changed our sons' lives! We feel so grateful to have this resource which families travel across the country to use in our own backyard!
