Walking into YoYoYogi was such a wonderful experience—I was greeted with the most authentic and warm welcome, and I immediately felt at home. The entire team is incredibly supportive, but Angela truly stands out. She has been so amazing and went above and beyond to help me navigate some personal hurdles. When you think of a true yogi, Angela embodies it perfectly. Her kindness, guidance, and genuine spirit are out of this world. Namaste.

Wonderful experience on a drizzly Saturday morning. Very welcoming at the front desk and an informative walk-through of the facilities, which were impressive. The hot-yoga space was large and filled but maintained the promised 100F. The practice was led by Holly who had buckets of motivation and based on my limited experience incorporated a lot more flow than I traditionally am exposed to in hot yoga. Very challenging and nice to have a mantra to set me up for the rest of the weekend too. Not cheap but well worth it, I will definitely return.

I’m a yoga teacher, and recently started coming to this studio for heated and unheated power yoga classes. The teachers here consistently deliver physically challenging flows and grounding soul-soothing wind-downs. Check out Chera’s class. Just stellar. I’ll be back.

I am a recent member here at YogaSix! I could not recommend this place enough. The vibes are immaculate, everyone I have met who works here is so lovely, staff and others included! They have a water station, bathrooms with feminine supplies (dry shampoo, tampons, hairties, etc.) cubbies for your shoes and bags, and great props for classes! I haven't needed to rent/borrow any mats or supplies yet, but I have heard they are decently priced and convenient! I have been going to the Restore class, which is conveniently 7pm-8pm after work and before bedtime, it's a perfect wind down. Colleen leads this class and shes PHENOMENAL! So sweet, so supportive, so calming, I appreciate her adjustments. Ashley at the front desk is so fun and sweet to talk too, very knowledgeable. Appreciate everyone who makes YogaSix Slabtown what it is, so beyond happy I became a member.

Fabulous hot yoga studio with great variety - vinyasa hot yoga (signature hot), HIIT style yoga (sculpt & flow), slow flow yoga, hot Pilates, and more classes. Instructors have all been awesome, with infectious energy and clear instruction. Also fun music! My favorite classes are Majo’s sculpt & flow and Maggie’s slow flow.

I enjoyed Victoria’s slow flow class this morning! What a great experience and way to start the day! She was kind and guided us through the movements. I would rate the intensity of this class at 4 out of 10, with option to crank up the spicy if you wish.
