Jade Star is fantastic. Providers actually take the time to do a thorough health assessment and gather a holistic understanding of patient needs. Treatment modalities are explained in detail and as a patient you feel like an informed collaborator in your treatment. Beyond the providers, the staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
Excellent experience all around. Kylie, who works the front desk to Carol the massage therapist, it was a very relaxing experience. Carol was an amazing therapist. She took notes and provided feedback as needed during the massage. I would definitely recommend Jade Star Acupuncture and Wellness.
The initial impression is a very clean, warm, and welcoming environment. The new-patient process was highly personalized and easy. The treatment was incredibly effective, educational, and the provider had a very warm personality which puts you at ease. I will definitely be back!
