Love this studio and the teachers! I have been practicing here for 10+ years. I love all the yoga classes and workshops they put on, there are so many great things to do. I have always loved the energy that Yoga Oasis holds, it has its own type of yoga magic and I always feel so safe in this space to practice. I will forever be grateful of this space and sanctuary! Fav teachers and Classes: Annie's YoFlow, Jess's Slow Flow or Embodied Movement Workshop, Tanya's YogaHour or Grief Workshop, Ashley's Yin, Alexandra's Nervous System Reset. Sam and Darren for anything Yoga Teacher Training they are incredible humans! Wish I could try all the instructors there and do yoga all day.

This is a spiritually-oriented yoga studio that smells of incense and makes you feel elevated before, during and after class. I have had such wonderful experiences so far with the people running the front desk. I wanted help deciding on training classes, and they spent extra time with me and even worked with my schedule. I’m excited to take more classes and experience more instructors

Beautiful space. I’ve been to 9 studios in Tucson and Yoga Oasis is one of the best communities I’ve found, with top notch teachers. My only complaint is that I registered for a class online for a specific teacher and it ended up being a sub, it doesn’t seem like they update their website.

SESSION YOGA REVIEWS

I went to Maya’s class this morning at the Foothills location and it was top notch. It was my first time in the studio and everyone was super welcoming, including other students. I instantly felt like a part of the community and I loved the friendly chatter before class. Maya’s class was equally as lovely, it was super fun and I loved the music! Also, the studio heat wasn’t stifling, but I still worked up a sweat. Highly recommend.

Session Yoga provides an atmosphere that, for me, felt like home since the first time I stepped into the studio. It is warm and inviting and above all provides a safe space to move, change and practice. Additionally, Session School of Yoga Teacher Training was an invaluable experience, providing me with the tools to grow my practice and teach others. I would certainly recommend this studio to all.

I’m in town for the gem show and just took my first yoga class at this studio. My instructor Kaitlyn led the perfect early morning class with a great blend of movement and meditation. Plus her playlist was fire which is always welcomed surprise. Highly recommend and I can’t wait to take another tomorrow.

4th Avenue Yoga has extremely knowledgable instructors who are spiritually, emotionally, and physically committed to the practice of yoga! They are welcoming for every level and ability, even those who have not practised yoga before. I have been attending classes almost weekly here for 4 years. Not only have their yoga classes reduced my anxiety, but they have also helped me learn about the wider meaning behind yoga principles through their community gatherings, or "sanghas" (like a yoga book club without homework). The studio is highly affordable and welcomes people from varying income levels-- you can't beat the price!

Great people here. All the instructors and staff are very cool and welcoming. They are well experienced and more than amply trained in the practice of Hatha Yoga, as well as other branches of yoga. And you can't beat the price. 5 freakin' bucks a class! Savour it while it lasts, Tucson!

I've always had great experiences with classes here! I love hot yoga and they are all so friendly here. I've always had a great experience with the classes, and am a fan of the variety of yoga they offer. Best part of this is, the pricing is actually reasonable. Highly recommended!
