NEXTCARE URGENT CARE REVIEWS

NextCare at Old Spanish Trail is much improved from previous visits. The online scheduling works well, and I got in right on time. Shelby, the intake nurse, was so nice, and made the whole visit enjoyable. Dr. was prompt, x-ray was easy, and I was in and out in less than an hour! So much better than an ER visit. Highly recommend.

I made an appointment and was pleasantly surprised that we got called into a room about 5 minutes after the appointment time. All the staff were pleasant, the doctor was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I would rate the visit at 10 out of 10.

The ladies at the front doing check-in were kind, attentive and organized and thorough! The PA I met with was very patient with me but gave a lot of insight to my injury. The kindness I was shown by everyone was great.

The entire staff was super friendly. The provider was so nice and he really listened and made me super comfortable. The X-ray tech was just a pleasant person. I would choose to go here again in case of an urgent health concern.

I am very satisfied with my visit at banner urgent care , the care and service that I received from staff and the provider was very professional and thorough . I will definetly recommend banner urgent care to family and friends.

This was a great experience!! I'm from Las Vegas and am not used to this type of professionalism and level of care. I was taken back quickly and tests were done right there in the office. It was a very smooth process. I highly recommend.

Quick and efficient service, especially the feature of booking your appointment online. Sent prescription over to drugstore immediately. Facilities are clean and pleasant. Would recommend.

Easily made appointment online, arrived, checked immediately was called back, Dr in within minutes, covered great care! Entire visit less than 20 mins. Staff is awesome, doctor awesome! Very clean and inviting.
