3 Best Yoga Studios in Honolulu, HI

"I recently discovered an incredible yoga and hot Pilates studio as I’m moving back to Honolulu, and so far, it’s my favorite. With over 20 years of Hot Yoga experience and more than 10 years of Pilates practice, this studio stands out. It’s clean, intimate, and bright, and the community here truly takes pride and responsibility within the space. The owner, Catherine, selects the most amazing instructors, each bringing their own unique teaching style and level of expertise. The classes are both life and on-line (screen). I love how each instructor offers something unique. Catherine is an excellent communicator who deeply cares about her studio and her clients, which is a rare quality in today’s corporate world. Plus, parking is easy and free in this neighborhood.

I tried Hot Yoga Waikiki as a total newbie and really enjoyed it. The heat was intense (as expected), but the instructor was great at guiding the class and making sure I didn’t feel lost. I appreciated that I could take breaks when needed and go at my own pace—nobody made me feel behind or out of place. The studio itself was clean and welcoming, and the other students were friendly. I left feeling accomplished and surprisingly relaxed, even though it was a workout! If you’re curious about hot yoga but hesitant like I was, I’d say give it a shot here.

Wonderful and supportive team! As soon as I inquired, I got a call from the owner! Catherine is inviting, very encouraging and fun! The studio is clean and the teaches are great. Didn't know what to expect with the virtual classes but they are great as if the teacher was physically in the room with you! I also like that it is affordable and class packages never expire.

I really like the Yoga Room! Every teacher has their unique style of teaching, so you’re guaranteed to find what you’re looking for. First week is free, anddd they have a variety of classes that center around wellness as a whole. The classes have a very welcoming energy from the other students that are taking the class as well. I really like Jessie’s style of teaching in tandem with Eric’s power fushion & breathwork!.

I chose to practice Yoga at YRH because the community was warm and welcoming, the studio was clean and organized, the staff was knowledgeable and passionate, & the owners were humble and kind. I’ll be back. Mahalo!.

Found my new yoga home in Oahu! Really enjoyed the 26/2 with Tanya & the Vinyasa 1 with Rita. The facilities are really nice and they have showers with provided toiletries. There’s also affordable parking and a really nice brunch spot right outside the studio.
