"The Foundry Mesa is proud to be locally owned and operated in Arizona. Their basic class is great for newbies and people recovering from serious injuries. The Foundry Mesa offers hot and warm classes that range in length from 45 to 90 minutes. Their instructor, Cintra Brown, studied under Bikram for nearly ten years prior to her move from Los Angeles to Scottsdale. Nicole Deacon-Miller and Todd Deacon are the founders. Nicole completed her Bikram Yoga Teacher Training and continued volunteering and serving as faculty for over 15 trainings. The Foundry Mesa still offers traditional 90-minute Bikram Yoga classes every day and other styles of yoga, Pilates, HIIT, and barre classes. They believe that by inspiring people to grow and evolve themselves, they will spark joy and happiness. They hope that this ripple effect will spread joy and happiness to their relationships and community. They operate in 9 locations.

2026 Update: The Foundry Mesa is located in the Mesa Riverview. They designed The Basic Yoga Sequence, a 60-minute warm-room class that adapts the traditional series with gentler poses to open hips, build core strength, and boost students’ confidence. They also offer online classes."

Yoga Pulse Studio’s main studio is carefully climate-controlled using a state-of-the-art system to keep the humidity between 40-60% and the temperature at 102 to 104 degrees F. Yoga Pulse Studio offers daily heated and unheated yoga classes, including sequenced flows, gentle and chair yoga, donation-based community programs, aerial yoga, and more.

2026 Update: At Yoga Pulse Studio, all of their classes are 60 minutes, except for Inspired Flow & Ashtanga Led Primary Series and Kundalini Yoga, which are 75 minutes. The Foundry is absolutely amazing! My mom and I live in Iowa, but we visit once or twice a year to see my sister—and every time, we make it a must to come here as much as possible. The staff is beyond kind and welcoming every single time! On our last visit, we got to meet the owner, Lauren, and she was incredible. She gave us a tour of the beautifully renovated space, made sure we had everything we needed (including water and all the essentials), and even remembered little details about us. It made us feel very at home. The instructors are highly skilled and knowledgeable. The studio is super spacious and every class we’ve taken has been amazing. The locker room is large and cutely decorated. We seriously love this place and can’t wait to come back.

I had an amazing experience at this yoga studio! The first thing I noticed was how clean and well-maintained everything was-the bathrooms and locker rooms were spotless, which immediately put me at ease. The staff was incredibly welcoming and made me feel comfortable from the moment l walked in. I attended a high-paced, high-energy class, and it was a fantastic workout. If you're looking for a clean, welcoming environment and a truly energizing workout, /highly recommend this studio. I’ll definitely be back.

The Foundry Yoga is my favorite studio in the valley. Every class brings the perfect amount of heat, the instructors are super knowledgeable, and the community is so supportive. The variety of classes and red light therapy provides exactly what my body needs! 10/10 recommend.

YOGA PULSE STUDIO REVIEWS

This is hands-down the best studio I have found in the valley. The owner and the teachers are personable and skilled and the environment is welcoming. The pricing is as accessible as it gets, the studio is aesthetically beautiful, and they offer amenities that no other studio I have been to offers, such as a cold moistened washcloth placed next to you during the cool-down phase of hot classes (so welcome!), dry soft cloths that you can use to absorb sweat during hot classes, and all the props you might need, free of charge. The restrooms/changing rooms are roomy with a nice shower area. And it ALWAYS looks and smells clean in the hot room, which is more than I can say for other studios. Other hot studios I've been to require you to bring your own cloth or pay to rent one (!), don't offer free props, and cost more. This place is a gem, period.

I had been searching for a great yoga studio for a long time, trying out multiple locations before finally finding one with amazing teachers and classes. I love warm yoga—not Bikram, but just enough heat to loosen up the muscles. Plus, they offer aerial yoga, which is a fantastic bonus! Very clean place and you can get a smoothie plus they can offer different service to try.

Love this studio! Great location and prices. They have aerial yoga!!! So hard to find an aerial studio. Great teachers and customer service.

An absolutely wonderful studio with caring, compassionate, and hard working experienced instructors. I joined exhale about 3 weeks ago and have been going several times a week. Tiff is an amazing owner and excellent instructor.. her classes have so much depth to them. I have tried both the hot fast paced classes and the slow restorative ones, both are amazing. For anyone wanting to try yoga, this is your spot. I had an incredible experience last night in Macey's class. The class was moving and powerful, and I found myself crying towards the end. Macey kindly approached me after class and asked to sage me. I found her compassion to be so kind. Her energy and care were exactly what I needed and her taking that little extra time after class was very important to me. I am very grateful to have found this studio. HIGHLY recommend.

I have been taking classes at Exhale as a winter visitor for the past 3 years. Teachers and staff are always welcoming and friendly, studio and locker rooms are always clean and tidy. I love the classes here - teachers are always well prepared with carefully planned sequences and expert cueing. I am looking forward to returning to classes at Exhale again next year.

Tiffany and her amazing colleagues add joy to every class that I take at Exhale Yoga. This studio is a backbone to a healthy lifestyle in North Mesa. Cost of classes are very reasonable.
