This place changed my life. I’m clean for the first time since being a teenager thanks to them. The tools they give you, as well as how well you are treated here and how great the staff (also in recovery) is, makes this place perfect. I know I wouldn’t have had this experience anywhere else, and this place still plays a part in my sobriety to this day! The techs and nurses are great people, and the alumni team is nothing short of amazing! They will keep up with you and check on you even after you leave. They will continue to invite you places and show you that you have built a real community with them. There is no better rehabilitation than this place. Once you are finished with your stay, they will offer you virtual IOP through Recovery Unplugged. TAKE IT! This is a virtual program that continues to help you and hold you accountable. Recovery Unplugged truly felt like my home away from home. I went through both residential and PHP, and I can honestly say I’d highly recommend this program over any other in Tennessee. From day one, I felt so welcomed by the techs and the alumni community—it made a world of difference in my recovery. The beds were super comfortable, the food was amazing, and best of all, I was allowed to bring my pup, which made the whole experience so much easier and more comforting. I’ll always be grateful for the love and support I found here.

This place was incredible.. I came into the experience hesitant and nervous but they took great care of me and gave me exceptional tools to help set me up for a new beginning. The alumni team and case management stood out to me the most. But everyone across the board from Patrick the director all the way to the medical staff was wonderful. I'd give out 10 stars if I could. I checked into to Brentwood Springs Detox without knowing how great it would be. I found them on the internet and pulled the trigger. They drove an hour to pick me up free of charge. Upon checking it they greeted me with an understanding of my situation. This helped put my mind at ease as I was already overwhelmed with stress of checking into a Detox center. They are very attentive of how you're feeling and immediately come up with a game plan for treatment. They are very professional in every aspect with your treatment and are open to you at all times if you are feeling a certain type of way, but at the same time every staff member is super laxed. The nurses are amazing and are available to you 24 hours a day. You can tell that they truly want to help you. I don't feel out of place here. The food is great, the people are great, and the way they have this place set up makes it feel like you are at home. They have tv's with all kinds of apps and cable. The whole place is clean and well kept. The rooms are clean. The meetings they set up are absolutely amazing and have helped me tremendously. They have a beautiful backyard with great views which is crucial to your feeling of well being (at least for me) Cameron is great as well. In the 3 days that I've been here he's given me tons of knowledge and advice and has made sure to check up on me and how I'm feeling. Again, the whole staff truly wants to help you. You can talk to them at all times about anything and they will all completely understand. I would recommend this place to anybody I know

Someone I I love deeply went here and I am posting on his behave. It was truly a lifesaver. All of the staff are amazing. Candy was there for him at his lowest point and Hannah was a professional and down to earth tech. The food was great and the environment structured and relaxing. Your case manager will tailer your journey of recovery by assisting you in planning the the next crucial stages of recovery. I took a loved one here for detox, and an extended stay. The staff (while following all legal procedures) treated my family member with respect and empathy. The staff treat them like people, NOT like patients. They’re accommodating and helpful. The facility is safe, comfortable, well maintained, and equipped to be a hospital without the irredentist lights and straight jackets.
