Awesome staff. They had a cancellation on the day of my appointment for an earlier time. They asked it I could make it over. I had my 10 month old daughter with me because I hadn't planned on being there 3 hours early. They were very understanding and helped me with her while I was getting my exams done! I had an eye exam with Dr. Kellie Jackson this morning and it was such a great experience. She is incredibly personable and confident, which immediately puts you at ease. My last visit was about three years ago, but she made me feel like we had been catching up as friends the whole time. The exam was thorough, easy, and actually enjoyable. It was also really interesting to see the images of my eyes and compare them to the ones from my previous visit. Dr. Jackson took the time to walk through everything and explain what we were looking at, which made it even more fascinating.
