Nashville is so lucky to have Caty as their therapist! I only wish I lived closer so I could continue seeing her. Caty has helped me personally work through life transitions, relationships, breakups, gaining friendships and losing friendships, and most of all, has been an empathetic and listening ear through it all. I don’t naturally feel comfortable talking about myself for an hour at a time, but Caty makes it feel like a dialogue instead of a woe-is-me monologue. And THAT is why we love Caty. Couldn’t recommend more!
