I had such a great experience at this office! From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. I didn’t have to wait long at all, which was a pleasant surprise. The entire staff was so sweet and professional, making the visit smooth and stress-free. A special shoutout to the lady who took my blood—she was an absolute sweetheart! It was virtually painless, and she made me feel so comfortable. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for excellent care and a warm, friendly environment.

Dr Kendall Baumrucker is absolutely outstanding !!!! She offers the best care, and she really cares, communicates very promptly, shares information patiently. I am absolutely in awe of her and very grateful for everything she has done at a difficult time. Complete Health Partners at Nashville West by far the best, they are always available, they listen, they help. Very clean, charming clinic. All staff very professional with a huge dose of care !!! Highly highly recommend.

I have been coming to this place for the past three years and it's always a great experience. Jennifer, the receptionist, was particularly helpful today. I was extremely impressed by her skills. She can speak Spanish and English fluently and she's been incredibly kind and professional.

Great staff! Walked in as an out-of-towner, signed up, less than 45 min wait time. Very supportive and helpful, understanding, collaborative, responsive and took care of me quickly, got me what I came for/ what I needed, got me out. The staff is a great team with fantastic friendly personalities! 100% recommended.

Both providers Jill & Leslie and even the techs were amazing, treating me for the flu & pneumonia. They even called the pharmacy to make sure my prescriptions were filled. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone needing immediate help.

I had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. From check-in to treatment, the entire process was smooth and quick, without the long wait times I’ve experienced at other clinics. The medical team was thorough, listened carefully to my concerns, and provided clear explanations and treatment options. They truly went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and well taken care of. The facility was also clean, well-organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere.

So grateful! This location is close to me, easy to get to, easy parking. Super easy to schedule an appointment on line, and I got in quickly, and didn'thave to wait once there. Everyone was so nice and helpful, and I felt that they cared about me and took good care of me.

Desk staff was polite and helpful. Clinical staff were fantastic - relaxed but professional, friendly, clear, thorough quick without being rushed. I would definitely return if needed.
