3 Best Addiction Treatment Centers in Providence, RI

Just started coming here a month ago and I’ve been kicking myself for not coming sooner. Definitely had some misconceptions about methadone clinics that have all been proven wrong by personal experience here. Every single member of the staff from the security at the door to the counselors, medical staff, and dosing nurses are incredibly kind and supportive and just want to see you succeed. Despite being spread thin and having minimal staff for the sheer volume of patients they see the staff is always so positive, helpful, and caring. I am incredibly grateful for every single person working here. I have already seen a difference in my life from having a set schedule in the morning to adhere to, and the staff here made this entirely possible for me. I don’t think I would’ve been this motivated to become clean if it wasn’t for the people that make up PCTC. Thank you so much! Y’all have made a difference in so many peoples’ lives, including mine.

I've been coming here since 2018 and my experience here has been nothing but positive, my life has made a complete turnaround . I've put alot of effort into my recovery and PCTC has played a big part In it. My counselor is always there if I need her and the dosing nurses are very personable and professional. I've never felt judged which is very important to me, I would recommend them to anyone looking to improve their lives with medicated assisted treatment. It's not easy , but anything worth having is worth making an effort for.

Great services, caring doctors and friendly staff. Doctor Lisa helps me during all hours of the day whenever I needed her help as I am going through a new program. Will from the night IOP is a great group leader. He allows us to talk about our issues and hear what others are going through, as well. Will is very good at having us say positive affirmations as we talk about our struggles and ourselves. Every need is being met here, currently. If you’re honest about your problems and seriously want help, this place is it. It is clean and safe in the building, as well as a much better environment than any other place in all of Providence and it’s suburbs. I have tried a few others but hated them because of loiterers harassing me, seeing drug deals left and right, hour long lines, and an overly complicated take-home system that is not in favor of patients. VICTA has shown me that those past annoyances were not a given for all clinics. Some clinics actually don’t want to have to make you come in all the time and inconvenience you. What a novel idea, right? A clinic can be a friendly, safe, drug-free and harassment-free place. It can also be a place where you’re treated as more than just a number and your needs are not falling on deaf ears. Thanks to their comprehensive approach to recovery, VICTA will help you live a happy, healthy life that you can learn to be grateful for.

Since becoming a client at VICTA I'm so grateful for the caring n nurturing staff. They Get It! They're not about just dose n go. Tho you can get that too if that's how you like to roll. I guess what I'm trying to say is that no matter where you're at in your recovery they're there to provide whatever level of care you need. Or they'll refer you to whatever agency is able to provide you with what's necessary if you need inpatient care. I just really like the way they run there establishment.
