i’ve been taking all my animals here for a few years now. both dogs and my cat. i can honestly say they take such good care of my babies like they would their own. communication is great, and they always get us in quickly with appointments. the vet techs are phenomenal. arielle is outstanding, our animals love her. the vets are all wonderful. couldn’t be happier bringing my fur children here.

My cat Larkin has been having sudden bowel issues, and one morning had a horrific bout of vomiting. I called to try and get him seen and they got him through the door almost immediately. They were incredible, everyone from the front desk to the vet! Knowledgable, caring and were willing to do whatever was needed to help my poor boy. He’s currently on some medication and diet changes and hasn’t thrown up since. I cannot thank them enough for the help!.

The staff was very welcoming and assisted me with whatever I needed. Amy was so attentive listening and making sure to take down any and all notes that I had. Dr. Rawlings was so knowledgeable and really knew what my pet needed. She took the time to answer questions and thoroughly check my pup to make sure all was well.

They were all Halloween themed. Very quick and helpful. We ran in because our dog had been hit by a car and we wanted to make sure she wasn’t more injured than we could see. They gave us medicine and an ultrasound. A lot of vets working even late at night so they took care of her really quickly and they loved her a lot. Happy Pet people working who showed concern about our situation and rushed her in fast Would recommend coming here for urgent needs I did attempt to call their phone (while filing the police report at the same time) and I didn’t think the phone answering machine was easy to work with but again; I was doing two things at the same time so maybe it’s fine if you’re paying attention. They had cute mini milkbone treats in the waiting room.

Granted, the first and only time there I had to euthanize my childhood dog of 14 years. They were compassionate, empathetic and patient. When I had to pick him up for the crematorium, they had him in a box with his name and a heart. Later i got A card in the mail with prints and his hair. Thank you for making the most traumatic time of my life as gentle as possible. Deen went comfortably and peacefully.

Had a GREAT experience here with my dog. Can easily make an appointment online. Every care member was knowledgeable and friendly. More affordable than other urgent care centers.
