EPOCH SLEEP CENTERS REVIEWS

The staff is amazing. They were respectful to me being anxious, and to my privacy. They explained each step and moved slowly through the octopus of wires. Considering some wire some were popped off of me repeatedly, they were polite and (seemingly) unbothered. They were very attentive and were in my room in an instant when there was an issue. I do think the corridor lights could be dimmed. Each time my door opened it was rather bright and disruptive to sleep.

Had to pick up an at home sleep study kit. Staff was friendly. I viewed a video then asked if I had any questions. Provided me with a phone number to call during the overnight is any problems arose. I was dreading a sleep study but the at home test was easy.

They have been very helpful and professional. And the process very easy.

From the moment my in lab sleep study was booked to the moment I left, my experience was awesome and stress free! Greg is super nice and was able to print out my paperwork for me and get me an Appt the same night my insurance approved it! The room was clean and the bathroom! Thank you to Cassidy the technician, she’s so nice and knowledgeable and explained the whole process and made me feel very comfortable as I am someone with severe anxiety. She got me multiple blankets and she definitely catered to my needs. I was woken up at 5:55AM and she was able to call me an Uber to get home. I highly recommend this sleep lab. It’s quiet and peaceful.

Jen was lovely; very knowledgeable and made me feel right at home. For those going to a sleep lab, bring anything that would make you feel comfortable. I didn’t get much information outside of my time I should arrive, I wish I would have known I could bring my pillow, blanket, etc.

I have to say that young man who answers the phone is so kind and EXTREMELY helpful ! I definitely recommend the sleep lab !.

I was referred here after finding out I have moderate sleep apnea. I have never met the doctor here, but I have met the NP, and she seems knowledgeable. I found out I had asthma through a breathing test, she treated it instantly. I was given a clinic sleep study just 2 weeks after my appointment, since my at home sleep study didn't go too well. I liked the Sleep tech named Chris. She made me feel at ease in an uncomfortable situation, and told me I did a great job. I see no reason why I wouldn't recommend this facility. Just an FYI... I have never had an issue calling here. I got a person each time.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Khamies yesterday! Everyone in that office was so helpful. I admit I was scared. I haven't been to a doctor in 20 years. The staff made me feel comfortable. Dr. Khamies was so nice, funny, pleasant and professional. He really cares about his patients and treated me like I was a member of his family. Arlene the pft girl was so nice and calmed me down. Dr. Khamies will be my " forever doctor". I recommend him to anyone who wants to be treated with dignity and respect. Thank you to everyone in that office.

Great staff and great doctors...I feel confident in their care.
