My recent visit to Urgent Care was excellent. I really appreciate that they have a check-in system that lets you submit all your documentation ahead of time — it’s very convenient and efficient. The staff was knowledgeable and greeted me warmly. The doctors were great, and the nurses were very helpful. Overall, I had a very positive experience. I’m extremely satisfied with their service and would definitely return if needed — hopefully not anytime soon, but I would absolutely come back.

I presented for a DOT Physical and expected to be there for a long spell. To my surprise I was taken in immediately. The staff was INCREDIBLE!!!! They were patient with me and answered all my questions. Most people know what it normally is like going to an Urgent Care. I WAS and AM very happy with my experience.

Excellent customer service from the young lady at the front desk. I’ve been to other medical facilities and have not been received with a warm smile and kindness. Michele the medical assistant was very kind and professional. MD was very professional. You have a great team! Keep up the great work. Will recommend.

CONCENTRA URGENT CARE PROVIDENCE REVIEWS

The Concentra Urgent Care was very busy the day I visited. I thought it would be a long wait. The waiting area and reception were clean and bright. I needed a private bold draw for allergy tests for a health provider. The blood draw kit was complicated with instructions. The nurse took me in after a 15 minute wait. He was polite and very thorough in reading the instructions. I didn't even feel the pin prick of the needle for drawing my blood. It took very little time to complete my visit. It couldn't have been a more pleasant visit, especially considering what it was. The bloodwork arrived at the testing lab on time and was 100% usable for the various tests.

I went in for some testing requested by my employer. The receptionist who checked me in was very polite and professional. The aide that did the testing was thorough, and knowledgeable. The wait time was very short, and when I returned to have the PPD read I experienced the same service. This was a Great Experience.

Awesome place everyone very friendly, lady at the check in, didn't get her name, she had glasses, was busy, busy but great sense of humor. Staff behind the doors in the back all greeted me and Dr who examined me was very cordial. Been there twice in a week, place runs like a well oiled machine.

The nurses' aide and nurse practioner were excellent. To be treated by someone on a Sunday, who is beyond competent was a treat. The 2 receptionists are so nice and friendly. Diagnosis and treatment of my mystery rash was spot on. The nurse practitioner definitely knows her stuff. Thank you.

Dr. V and his team are one of the best in RI. They are professional and caring. I truly appreciate Dr. V's attention to detail and his medical knowledge. Always leave my appointment knowing I was able to work hand in hand with my provider working towards a healthier me.

The staff here are so friendly and welcoming. I am new to adult primary care and was nervous about everything but the staff and the providers here have all been so helpful.
