3 Best Urgent Care Clinics in Providence, RI

The customer service is excellent, the staff is pleasant, they smile, never wait long. The only thing that could use work is that parking lot, if they cut some of those trees down way in the back, they could definitely extend the parking lot.

Very streamlined process at this facility. I checked in at the main desk, and provided my cell phone number. I had a text link within a few minutes for check in paperwork. I was called in for my appointment a few minutes later. From start to finish I was at the facility for about 30 mins.

No issues getting appointments, Mia and Drew are welcoming and attentive to your injury and needs to heal quickly. Great therapy sessions concentrating on injured points.

Phenomenal staff! So pleased with the service I received. The ladies at the front desk couldn’t have been nicer. Dr V was a straight up ROCK STAR! He addressed every single one of my concerns and sat patiently while I explained my concerns. This is the place for top notch services! Extra bonus is they have a lab within the building. So convenient.

Phenomenal Establishment. The waiting room is very large and the staff were very friendly. Whoever leaves anything less than a 5 star review on this place is obviously high on some sort of narcotic. 10/10 will definitely return again.

I am genuinely impressed by the exceptional level of care I received. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The staff is caring, highly skilled and extremely compassionate. It's nice receive such great care. I didn't feel like I was just a number in the deli line at Stop n Shop. In short, my experience was outstanding. The combination of great staff, great care, and a very clean clean facility makes this primary care facility deserving of a 5-star rating.

Everyone was very pleasant and i got in and out pretty fast then any other urgent care before and the workers was very nice.

Good experience for an Urgent care facility! Got in at 12:30 filled out paperwork and was out in my car by 2:00. All texts taken and a good results. The staff was friendly and kind! The PA on duty was very through and professional! Would recommend going there.

Great urgent care the receptionist in the front is the best sweetest lady ever ! She checked up on and the doctor was the nicest gentleman ever.
