I rarely leave reviews for medical facilities. However, I just have to write one to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. O’Donell! Dr. O’nelle is an incredibly professional, patient and caring ophthalmologist. My daughter experienced retinol detached, Even though Dr. O’Donell had a tight schedule, she still examined my daughter early in the morning on the very day we visited. She also made follow-up calls on the second and third days afterward. She must be under huge work pressure, yet you can never tell from her manner. All I can feel is her kindness and genuine sincerity towards patients. Thank you, Dr. O’Donell.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Tien since 2008 for a series of necessary eye operations; he truly is an amazingly skilled ophthalmologist/surgeon and someone I really trust. He is extremely detailed in his analysis and measurements prior to any planned surgery to help develop his surgical plan. I always ask many questions and he will always provide detailed (yet easy-to-understand) answers without rushing. Very easy to talk to and always provides good level-headed advice and options. My own surgical results were great and really made such a difference in day-to- day living. I think we’re very fortunate to have him practicing in Rhode Island. Office staff and his technician team are excellent as well and friendly/helpful. Highly recommend Dr. Tien and his team.
