My experience at Thriveworks has been quite positive! Overall, I would say that their practice works best if you prefer an online model and telehealth practices so whether or not you prefer that is important to note. As for the actual counseling itself, I think Shine Chauhan is an excellent therapist who has helped me communicate and understand people and myself much better than before.

I am beyond grateful for my experience with my medical professional. My quality of life has improved immensely since I started working with my doctor on treatment for my mental health and overall wellbeing.

I love how caring my therapist is and how much they wanted to help me.

I really don’t know the words to say that would express my deep gratitude for Aspire. Processing deep childhood trauma with a chronic illness is not an easy thing to do….especially when you are 47 with a family of your own and you still feel like that little girl. Christine, Tammy, Dimica and Ashley are all on my support team and I am so grateful for their compassionate and kind listening, caring hearts, well developed skills and the ability to speak life that brings positive change to my life and I’m sure many others. Progress gets made here. I’m not the woman that I came in as. I am growing, learning to love myself and dream again. Ladies, THANK YOU, from the bottom of my heart for your presence and for walking with me. Your presence is powerful and I know that I am blessed because I landed in your “arms”. My previous therapist didn’t listen to me, didn’t let me talk, and didn’t take feedback on what I did and didn’t want to have in therapy sessions, so I didn’t feel safe anymore. I talked to Karen Kranbuehl before we started about what I did and didn’t want with therapy, and she’s really gone above and beyond to make therapy feel like a safe place for me in doing those things. Being able to talk without being interrupted is such a nice feeling. I really appreciate everything she’s done for me since we started working together— she’s helped me through really horrible times in my life and also some happy times too. If they had fancy therapist awards like they do for actors and singers, I would nominate Karen for every single one! Thank you, Karen, for walking alongside me through my wild life. I value you and your perspective and your ideas so much.

I love attending sessions with Tammy at Aspire counseling. The practice is easily accessible and convenient, and they do a great job of incorporating whole body wellness and physical awareness into sessions. I've gained a lot of skills and it is a great part of my routine to check in with my therapist. I would recommend Tammy or the group to anyone.

My first visit. My first Zoom. It was as well as any first on person visit I've had. And since it is an hour away, I feel like this could work very well for me. Also knowing that , if needed , in person can be arranged is reassuring. Thank you.

Despite experiencing severe anxiety, I found immense comfort and relief in speaking with my psychiatrist. Although it took me years to make this decision, I assure you that you will not regret coming here.

Great individualized care that was tailored to meet my goals and also help identify specificity of what needed to be addressed and managed properly.
