TOP 3 THE BEEHIVE REVIEWS
The Beehive is such a unique restaurant in the South End. The food, on top of the restaurant's decor, is just as good. We started with the ribs which were generously glazed. That sauce is SOMETHING! I caught myself trying to get some in on every bite. I got the butternut squash risotto which was good for a vegetarian option. Generous portion and a great balance of squash and cheese. My partner got the mussels with frites & bread. Some of the softest, juciest mussels I've had (with no salty odor)! The fries are cut and fried with a more home-made feel, which brought me back to my childhood. A little greasy, as expected. Food came out quick and hot. Drinks were good, I got the La Cosmica which caters to mezcal lovers. My partner always orders some tongue-twister of a drink and they perfectly made it. Hard to find this place if you're not paying attention but the inside is like a whole different world with the New Orleans influence. The ambience is lively even during the less crowded hours. Usually there's live music depending on what night you come. Definitely deserves a revisit!
Enjoyed my meal here. Nice decor and jazz band played for a short period of time. We came for brunch, which was delicious. There is an entertainment fee applied to the bill . In our instance, we arrived 15 minutes before the entertainment ended and were charged the fee on our bill. So, if you are planning your reservation. You may want to check when the entertainment ends.
We had such a great time and the food was the delicious! The service was also phenomenal! The only thing I suggest is that you plan ahead for parking (which we did not) and even though we were extremely late for our reservation, the staff at Beehive were still super accommodating and welcoming! Can’t wait to go back! I had the Queen Bee cocktail which was supreme, highly recommend it!

TOP 3 STEPHANIE'S ON NEWBURY REVIEWS
After visiting the Body Worlds exhibit with a group of coworkers (about 15 of us from Balance Spa) the food was amazing, the service was excellent and our food was brought out quickly. I had the fish and chips (best I ever had! The fish batter was crunchy and the fish was flavorful) the appetizer had various things with un ending pita bread for dipping. It completely satisfied our table of 7. I hear the other 8 coworkers loved theirs too!
Everybody was super nice. Portions were great and the quality of food is also really good. My one problem was I asked for the steak rare and it came out medium well. But it was still delicious. The fish and chips were so crispy and yummy. And the clam chowder was really warm and fresh!
Delicious food, good service! Very busy for marathon weekend but sat right away and got our food very fast piping hot. Can't wait to go back.

TOP 3 JOE’S ON NEWBURY REVIEWS
When in Boston, we always go to Joe's Waterfront. This year we missed going and decided to go to Joe's on Newbury. Perfect way to end our trip. Started with French onion soup and Clam chowder. Both were amazing. Our main dishes, baby back ribs and Roasted chicken pot pie were delicious. I'm always happy when I can get my wife in and out with ease in a wheelchair. Entrance was easy to get in. Seating was no problem. The second floor is accessible with a lift. The owner should be proud of the staff.
Kyle is awesome! Super attentive and accommodating. The kitchen was careful to ensure my food was free of shellfish and nuts (I’m allergic)— greatly appreciated. The food was amazing and came out quickly despite how busy it was. Very cool atmosphere, lots of natural light, not too crowded.
Amazing food...seriously! One of the best meals we have had in a long, long time ...and not just in Boston. Great service, thank you Grace. Worth the trip from Tybee Island to Boston.
