WILLIAM FERENCE CATERING REVIEWS

We hired William and his team for our catering and bar service for our wedding at Elm Bank. Right from our first call with William, we were impressed with what he had to offer. He explained the benefits of a smaller catering company and shared some sample menus and we were sold! We were actually so impressed with the initial menu he provided us as a sample that we ended up just going with that. We had a buffet, and the food was DELICIOUS, fresh, and was also served very quickly! We ended up ahead of schedule and with 20 extra minutes of dance time. We had multiple guests come tell us that it was the best wedding food they had ever had (which I also agree with!) The service was also excellent. William and his team made sure that we had whatever we needed throughout the night, and also that our parents and aunts and uncles had what they needed. He handled all the rentals with very little input needed from me (which as a decision fatigued bride, I really appreciated). We highly recommend William Ference catering for your event! The day was absolutely perfect, in large part due to them.

From the moment we started working with William and his team, we knew we were in great hands. The quality and presentation of the food were exceptional, but what truly set them apart was William’s personalized approach. He took the time to understand our vision, walking us through different styles of food service before we ultimately decided on a buffet but, with a lovely tomato and mozzarella salad at every seat —perfect for our lively and social group! On the day of our wedding, his team exceeded every expectation. The staff was attentive, professional, and incredibly kind. One of the best touches? Having a dedicated team member who made sure my husband and I actually got to eat and enjoy delicious beverages amidst the whirlwind of the day! What we loved most was that William only takes on one event at a time, meaning our wedding had his full attention. It was clear that he and his team were genuinely invested in making our day unforgettable. And thanks to them, it truly was.

William and his crew did a fantastic job at our wedding (155 people) and the food was absolutely delicious! William was attentive, flexible, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process- from the first phone call to the actual event. He made sure he was available at all times for us, offered to help us plan the day of the wedding, and also helped us navigate all of the typical wedding expenses and scheduling. He helped us pick the best foods (beef, chicken and vegetarian), attend to our guests that were gluten free, and organize our wedding bar. His staff was just the best on the wedding day and were ultra-attentive to our guests and us. We had two signature cocktails (old fashioned and French 75), so William helped us with our liquor order to save us cost while still having great drinks. Everyone at our wedding had a great time. Highly recommend!!

BG CATERING CONCEPTS REVIEWS

We've had BG cater 2 of our office parties this year. The first was dynamite...the second...BLEW ME AWAY!!! Mai is just a ray of sunshine to chat, email & plan with, as is every member of her team I've come into contact with. The care with which they handled each event cannot be measured...above and beyond doesn't begin to cover the scope of it. I'm now trying to find a reason to throw another office party, so we get to do it all again! For now, I'll say I go to sleep at night dreaming of those lobster grilled cheeses, the lobster rolls, and particularly the lemon aioli which I have to believe is made in some magical place with unicorn happy tears (and of course love). A billion stars out of 10...HIGHLY recommend.

I cannot say enough about how much we loved working with BG Catering for our wedding. The team (especially Mai and Glen) made the process seamless and so enjoyable. The venue we chose was a completely blank space so the team managed catering and all of the rentals (tables, pipe-and-drape, chairs, etc.) which was extremely helpful. We also worked with the team to create a menu that fit our style and they more than delivered with both amazing food and an incredible presentation of it.

BG catering concepts recently catered an event for my father-in-laws memorial service. My family didn't need to worry about anything and the food was amazing. Their salads are a work of art, fresh and delicious. Our guest were very pleased and complimentary. Thank-you BG for making a difficult day easier from the ease of ordering right down to the delivery.

ABOVE AND BEYOND CATERING REVIEWS

Will nailed our menu on the first try, and I didn’t give the easiest of parameters! I had diabetics, vegans, and children and I wanted everyone to be able to be eating, drinking and dancing simultaneously. My wife is from New England and we wanted to capture that and also my southern roots. The food and drinks were incredible, we haven’t stopped hearing about it almost 4 months later! I highly recommend Above & Beyond Catering.

We used Above and Beyond Catering for a staff cookout and got rave reviews! The set up with the platters of food and fresh cut flowers really elevated our space and overall experience. The food was delicious, and the staff made sure everyone's needs were met during the event. I look forward to working with ABC again at our next event.

Above and Beyond is a wonderful company to work with. I highly recommend it.
