CHILDRENS FAIRYLAND REVIEWS

Fantastic child centered experience! The cafe food was so healthy, clean and delicious! We were so impressed with the gorgeous flowers all around the park. The Jolly Trolly train was the highlight for our infant. It’s really magical for ages 2-8/9, but adults and older siblings can really get joy from reading and helping littles understand the stories. You can bring your own picnic in as well. And there are many spacious areas to sit and eat and let kids run around. It was a wonderful experience.

Fairyland is a great little amusement park for children between 2-8 years old. The attractions and rides are mostly based on known fairy tales, from Mother Goose stories to Alice in Wonderland. At each attraction, children can listen to a short version of the fairytale from a speaker box, activated with a collectable key (3$). Attractions include a puppet theater, a train ride, a child sized ferris wheel, a carousel, numerous slides, and live animals. The park opened in 1950 and has been a popular attraction ever since. There is a restaurant on site, as well as picnic tables.

Even after 75 years, Fairyland is still magical. Play Structures are all in bright beautiful colors, gardens are meticulous, key boxes still work. I’m so honored to be able to share my childhood pastime with my 2 year old.

SIX FLAGS DISCOVERY KINGDOM REVIEWS

The kids wanted to step up the roller coasters from Great America so here we are. Surprising number of animal exhibits which we barely saw thanks to our mad dash to get coaster credits and consult CaptainCoasters. We had a very nice day. Coasters are great, especially Joker. Hold on to what's in your pockets on Kong. A Gold pass includes access to Great America. Cool! Love it. There's a parking shuttle for the distant lot if you've already moved your legs and body too much.

Great park for families with toddlers! The Looney Tunes area is a lifesaver when you’ve got little ones who don’t meet the height requirements for the bigger rides (most need 48-54 inches). My kid had a blast with age-appropriate attractions, and we didn’t feel like we were missing out. The trolley from the parking lot is a nice touch saves you the walk when you’re already juggling kids and gear. We went right at opening (11 am) and the atmosphere was perfect families everywhere, relaxed vibe, no chaos. It’s clear this place gets what parents need. If you’ve got young kids and want a theme park experience that actually works for toddlers, this is your spot. We’ll definitely be back.????????????????
