You have to work with Jenni! Jenni has an amazing creative mind and really helped us develop our vision from just a vibe/a few colors into a stunning wedding. She dedicated herself to learning our style and preferences, and remembered even the little things making us feel seen! Leading up to our wedding day, she coordinated of all the details with our vendors (some of which we didn’t even think about!) and gave us so much confidence that everything would turn out great. On the wedding day itself, Jenni and her team worked their magic, flawlessly executing everything. On top of managing the whole wedding production, she still managed to be there right after our ceremony ready with our first toast as a married couple
What can we even say about Jenni? We got engaged while living in MA and before we even knew we'd be moving to the west coast, we decided we wanted to get married in Cal's neck of the woods, in the Bay Area. Jenni gave us such peace of mind planning our wedding from across the country. She also took the unique challenges of our venue and completely made it all work seamlessly. After giving Jenni our design board, we kinda just said, "go for it!" and boy, are we so glad we did. We worked with Laura for a little over a year leading up to our wedding and it was hands down the best wedding decision we made! From advising us on vendors to making budget-friendly decor recommendations, Laura's guidance helped us immensely throughout the planning process. As a queer couple, we also really wanted someone who could help us change or discard traditions that didn't work for us and instead create a celebration tailored to us, and help us avoid the most cis/heteronormative parts of weddings (tons of gendered language, prescriptive roles, etc.). Laura got it immediately and expertly helped us navigate the wedding world. She's also a real pro at navigating complicated family dynamics, which was so helpful. She asked all the right questions, kept us on top of things, and executed the logistics of our wedding day flawlessly. Laura is down-to-earth, trustworthy, dependable, and a true expert. I felt so at ease knowing we were in good hands with her. I could fill pages singing her praises, so suffice it to say--she's the best!
Hiring Laura as our wedding planner was the best decision my wife and I made on our wedding (besides getting married to each other). Laura is incredible - she is so experienced, knowledgeable, and helpful. We initially started working with Laura in 2019 for a 2020 wedding. Because of Covid we had to reschedule our wedding twice, and she stuck with us for 3 years (!!), helping us navigate the complexities of Covid and even snagging us a different venue late in the game that could accommodate an outdoor wedding. Laura is perhaps the most reliable and competent person I've ever met and we are so happy to unequivocally and enthusiastically recommend her as the wedding planner to hire.
We interviewed a number of wedding planners before deciding on Laura, and she was by far the best. Throughout the whole wedding process she kept us sane, on top of everything we needed to do, and helped make the event totally amazing. Every single thing went butter smooth and that's because Laura is an expert. Michelle is AMAZING!Our wedding couldn’t have gone any better.She has been with us through it all, from planning during a pandemic to handling all the vendors when we need to postpone our original date.Her organizational and contract negotiations skills are exceptional. She had a personalized timeline drafted months before our wedding as well as a thorough budget list to keep us on track during the process. For each vendor, she always presented to us a variety of options for the styles we like and highlighted the pros and cons for our top choices with our budget limits in mind. She would try to get us the best package deal and negotiate for our best interest. I love this about her. When we talked to our vendor, they couldn’t stop raving about how detailed oriented and helpful Michelle is in navigating all the coordination for the wedding day. We had our wedding in the hottest month of the summer but it wasn’t a problem for her. Michelle showed up with her team bright and early, ready to go. They executed the day seamlessly from prepping for our ceremony to flipping the space for reception in 100F weather within an hour. We didn’t have to worry about anything, and truly enjoyed every moment with our friends and families. Both of our families are still talking about how they love our wedding. It was dreamy and intimate like how we envisioned it. She turned our Pinterest board to life and added our personal touch to it. As all wedding photographers know, the key to a stress-free wedding is having a strong, organized, and personable wedding planner to pull it all together. That is Michelle in a nut shell. She was THE perfect vendor to partner with on Jess + Jonny's wedding. Not only did she do an incredible job in keeping things running smoothly, she answered questions before I even asked them. THAT is how good she is. She takes care of her vendors and can handle any stressful situation with a smile. She's friendly, personable, compassionate, and so sweet! Honestly, I don't know how she does it all! Hurry and BOOK HER before her calendar fills up for next year!
We are so grateful for Michelle and everything she did to create the perfect wedding day for us. She stayed honest and direct with us during the whole process, ran a tight ship which relieved us of having to wrangle family/friends, while being flexible to accommodate a couple of design pivots we requested towards the end of planning. She made sure we stayed in budget by making sure we knew where we could flex certain things or giving us several options in different budget ranges.
