This review is specifically for Kaitlin. I'd been having neck issues and a pain under one of my clavicles for a long time. Kaitlin is the like the knot whisperer. She knew exactly where to focus her attention. I feel better than I have in years. I can't recommend her enough even if I don't want to because I want to be able to get on her calendar! :) You won't regret going to see her.

I love coming here. They have sweet little private hot tubs you can rent. One day I'm going to do a massage there too. Be respectful of the rules and funny talk to loud so you don't ruin it for your neighbors. But for a reasonable price you got yourself a set little getaway for you and 1-4 ppl (personally it's a great date, but I love going solo), especially at night when I can watch the stars silently.z`

Hidden gem in Oakland. Great private tubs, sauna and steam room. Great place to relax with friends and enjoy an oasis in the middle of Oakland. Affordable. Easy appointments and sign-in. I love this place.

My daughter and I spent the day together for a mommy daughter day with massages. Everyone was very polite and welcoming the vibe was calm Leland was my masseuse! He was amazing I had sudden unexplained back pain which caused me to have to walk with a cane. Leland inquired and explained what his plan of care would be he was very careful calming and attentive. My body is naturally tight from the work I do every day. He was able to get to the knots and release associated toxins that come with massage. I left feeling better than I felt walking in. I would recommend them. My daughter’s masseuse was Lychi and she had equally great things to say about him!

Terrific experience and wonderful service at this family-owned salon. Love that they use all natural and organic products, and acetone free natural nail polish remover. Anna gave me an excellent gel pedicure. The salon is filled with long-term, happy customers. It was my first time here and I plan to go back again for sure.

My friend and I got gel manicures, it was such a lovely experience! The staff are all super warm and did an excellent job, the space is really nice with comfy chairs, and the view of the trees and activity near the lake was a great bonus. I’ll definitely be back!

COCOON DAY SPA REVIEWS

Cocoon in Oakland is amazing! It's so clean, staff are friendly, and I love that they offer peanut butter dark chocolate while you wait for your service. I've been going here for a few years now and always book with Jessica. She's literally the best! She always does a 10/10 job, is so friendly, and was super patient when I was nervous during my first few waxing sessions. I book all my sessions with her and she never disappoints on the service quality. An added bonus is that she's also super funny so i'm too wrapped up in our convos to notice the time fly by. Highly recommend her!

Today I went to the Cocoon day spa in Rockridge and got the Bright Skin Facial. Morgan P. did my facial, she was so sweet and informative. I learned a lot about the products they offer and a lot about my skin. She took her time and she did a great job! I hadn't had a facial in years and she made sure I had very refreshing and relaxing experience! I will definitely be back! From check in, to check out all the staff was great and made this experience wonderful.

Jessica is the best! She always does an amazing job and I always leave our appointments feeling fresh and rejuvenated. Shes super friendly and does everything in her power to make you feel comfortable and fully relax to melt the day away. Highly recommend booking with her!
