“Temescal Regional Recreation Area spans over 48 acres of scenic parkland, serving as a convenient urban oasis ideal for swimming, sunbathing, fishing, and picnicking. It has wheelchair-accessible features, including a paved trail, fishing pier, and some playground areas. There are picnic spots at both ends of the lake. The park also has a beach house that accommodates 80 seated or 130 standing guests and features a small food preparation room, two rooms connected in an L shape, a bridal room, and a patio surrounded by gardens. Temescal Regional Recreation Area has ample parking spaces. There are many places to enjoy a great picnic and family gatherings in the park. The area boasts beautiful surroundings with many green spaces for relaxation. A large parking lot on the east side and a west-side parking lot are available.”
