This is a one in a million local business. Today (May 4) Alice and her staff gave a party to THANK HER CLIENTS!! Serving them incredible homemade food, drinks and desserts, music, balloons, roses, the whole deal. HUNDREDS of East Bay clients showed up to honor her and the great women who work here. It was like a family reunion. Long may they thrive! This loyalty and love is because of their fantastic service — top quality manicures and pedicures — with a huge emphasis on cleanliness and health. Been going here for decades and have been thrilled every time with their work. Five stars.

Great customer service, they run on time for appointments, polish consistently lasts for weeks, and most importantly they are tearing open a FRESH sealed pack of clean sanitized tools for every customer which is hard to find. Customers are a lovely mix of the neighborhood, mostly regulars, all are welcome. Worth the upgrade to the Spa level (Classic, Delux, or Spa) service for extra pampering and massage time! Highly recommend making an appointment as they are often full by day-of and can’t accommodate walk-ins.

I had a great experience here, it is a serene environment, you get a complimentary beverage and they pay extreme attention to details. My nails turned out very pretty and Loann and Kathy were very kind. One thing that stood out was their tools were sterilized and in packaging, which I rarely see these days. I definitely recommend, however just be aware the price is a bit high.

This salon is easy to find. Parking around the area is free too. I got the shellac mani and the signature pedi combo. My experience was super relaxing and I thought they did a nice job. Also, I didn't feel rushed while I was waiting for my nails to dry. I really appreciated that. Thank you!

I have been getting my nails done here all year, the staff is amazing- friendly, professional, and extremely detail oriented. I look forward to coming here often. All of my gel manicures have lasted over 3 weeks without a single chip.
