Critter One

A squirrel had fallen down the chimney and was trapped on the fireplace damper. The technician removed the critter and also installed a new chimney cap. The company and technician kept me updated on everything as it took place using texts, face to face and photos. Everything went well. I would call Critter One again. I would like to add that the technician sent, Catarino Alvarez, was very professional and communicated with me throughout the time he was here. He explained everything and was able to answer my questions. He was great!

Critter One does an outstanding job! Kevin, Junior, and Raymond sealed the possible entries into my home and gave the critters in my attic a one way door out. Very good service that I would recommend. Alfredo Martinez did an incredible job also. It was a pleasure working with him.

We have used Critter One At Kenton Place Apartments for about 4 months now. Joey does an amazing job and service our property in timely manner. We highly appreciate the service and the effort to help us get rid of raccoons. I would recommend there service 20/10. Thanks Guys.
