We are very satisfied with the service Ismael Gomez provided. He arrived on time and worked efficiently the entire time. I appreciate how he not only explained in detail but SHOWED me what our garage issues were. He explained a variety of products and services A1 could offer in detail and you could tell immediately that he knows his stuff. I never felt pressured to go any specific route and was confident that we made a good choice choosing this company over the others nearby. Ismael replaced our garage opener (that has a camera!), installed a new spring, provided 2 clickers, and added a keypad. He also didn’t leave until I was all set with the MyQ app which allows you to open/close the garage door from your phone! Our garage door is SO much quieter and easier to deal with now. Yes, it was very pricey BUT I received quality products and excellent service. I highly recommend using A1 for whatever garage issues you have.

Salvador with A1 garage did an excellent job repairing our garage door after our spring broke. He kept me up to date with everything he was doing and going to be doing. He was very knowledgeable with the products and made sure I was involved before any work was done. He was confident in his work and the products he was providing.

John knocked the door, told me he was and what he was going to do. Asked if he could come in to go to unlock the garage door. Unlocked the door and said he was going to get his tools and start working. He worked until he was through. Showed me what I needed to know about the new garage door. Asked for the rest of the payment. Told me thank you and he left.
