I brought my computer in after I had gone with another repair company first that had just made things worse when trying to resolve an issue with frequent application crashes. In about 2 days Candido was able to fix the damage the first repair tech caused and resolved the original crashing issue for a fraction of what it cost me to have the last guy break it. These guys are extremely professional and experts in their field. I've used them twice now and the service and turnaround time is a true 10. I had a Surface-4 with a bulging battery that no other technician would touch (actually told me to just buy a new one), these guys knocked it out.
