Nic has helped me with my DSC alarm warning light code 1 2. We replaced the battery and transformer because both went out due to thunderstorm and power outage. Then warning light would not come off because problem setting time / date. I worked with several different people but Nic was able to troubleshoot and fix the problem. Thank you for providing this extra peace of mind for our home with our security system.

Romeo was very thorough with our install. He was careful with our property, knowledgeable of the system, and very informative to me and my husband of everything that we needed to do and how to operate everything. Chris was also very comprehensive in explaining the process, the install, all of the products, and ensuring that he was available to us at any point. The service tech arrived and proceeded to look into the problem. He showed me the problem and told what he was going to do to fix. The job was completed within 30 min. He also tested the system to make sure everything was working properly. Thanks.

The technician was absolutely wonderful. He knows his job well. He was polite and actually took the time to show me how to get my cameras on the television. He deserves a raise. If I have any more problems, please send him back.
